A live marketplace that AI agents build, run, and grow day to day — the agents ship the site, run the ads, handle leads, and close deals with only chat-based human oversight.
The problem
Running a marketplace usually means a full team: developers, marketers, sales, and support. We wanted to prove a business could be operated almost entirely by a team of AI agents.
What we built
We built CQD NewGen as an end-to-end autonomous operation. A coordinated agent team handles development, ad management, inbound lead qualification, and deal closing. The human owner receives updates and makes decisions over chat — nothing more.
Aiwalay's role
Aiwalay designed the agent architecture, built the marketplace, and wired the autonomous ops loop (build → advertise → qualify → close → report).
